2013 (Junior)
Appeared in 18 games and made nine starts... Finished season with one win and one save with a 6.21 ERA and 38 strikeouts... Made Warhawk debut against Wake Forest... Earned win in relief against Alcorn State... Logged four innings and allowed just one run to the Braves... Recorded back-to-back quality starts at Memphis and at Northwestern State... Had quality start in finale at FIU, allowing just one earned run (two total) in six innings... Tossed 4.2 innings of shutout relief in middle contest of South Alabama series... Followed with first career save thanks to two shutout innings in series opener at Western Kentucky... Closed season with two relief appearances against Middle Tennessee and one against UL-Lafayette.

Hinds Community College
Went 11-1 his sophomore year, posting a 2.90 ERA with 59 strikeouts in 83.2 innings... Was named first-team all-state... Led the Eagles to the 2012 MJCAA State Championship as he tossed two complete games during the playoffs... As a rookie in 2011, he appeared in 12 games and posted a 4.02 ERA with 11 strikeouts in 15.2 innings.

Prep
Lettered in baseball and football at Brandon HS... Held his opponents to a .221 average in 53.2 innings on the mound and posted a 3.00 ERA with 71 strikeouts during senior season... Was named team MVP and earned all-region accolades as a senior... Tossed a complete game and struckout nine in a win over rival McLauren HS... Also added two doubles in the win over McLauren... Six-time Clarion Ledger Top Performer... Graduated with honors as he posted a 4.0 GPA.
