2019 (Junior): Played in 33 games with 19 starts, picking up six hits with one double, one home run, eight runs scored and five RBIs…Collected his first RBI of the season while also picking up a hit vs. Army, 2/17/19…Collected two hits in the series vs. SIUE, 2/24 to 2/25/19…Connected for a double vs. Mississippi State, 4/3/19…Hit his only home run of the season, a 2-run shot in game two of the Sun Belt Conference semifinals at Coastal Carolina, 5/25/19.

Hinds CC: As a sophomore in 2018, hit .358 with nine doubles, four home runs, 28 RBIs, 30 runs scored and nine steals for the Eagles while playing in 41 games.

Ole Miss: Redshirted the 2016 season at Ole Miss.

DeSoto Central HS: Lettered three seasons… Named 2015 Honorable Mention All-American and Second Team All-Region (Southeast) by Perfect Game… Rated the best catcher in the state of Mississippi and the 14th best player in the state by Perfect Game… Earned All-USA Mississippi First Team accolades by USA Today… Collected all-metro honors from the Commercial Appeal… Named All-State Honorable Mention by the Clarion-Ledger… As a senior, earned Second Team All-State and First Team All-District honors while leading the Jaguars to the first state championship in school history.

Personal: Son of Mike and Jana Klepzig… Father, Mike, played football at Northwest CC for one year… Enjoys fishing… Plans to major in Finance at ULM.
