Blake Loper is in his first season as the Director of Baseball Operations at ULM.
Loper joins the Warhawk program after spending two seasons as a manager for the Mississippi State baseball team, where he helped with field preparation, statistics, on-the-spot problem solving and in-game analytics, where he helped hitters with opposition pitcher tendencies.
While at MSU, Loper also served a marketing internship with the MSU Athletic Department, where he assisted with writing scripts for in-game promotions, helped with brand awareness and social media enhancement.
Prior to MSU, Loper was a manager for the Northeast Mississippi Community College baseball team for two seasons, where he assisted with field work, equipment management, stat keeping and helped set up team meals and travel arrangements while also running the team’s social media accounts.
Loper earned a bachelor degree in sports administration from Mississippi State in May 2020.
