ULM Warhawks

Former ULM Warhawk Kolton Childress is in his first season as an assistant coach and camp coordinator for ULM baseball in 2022.
 
Childress will work with the Warhawk pitching staff while putting together ULM’s numerous camp offerings at the newly-renovated Warhawk Field.
 
Childress takes over as the volunteer assistant coach and camp coordinator after spending the last two seasons as the Director of Player Development. He played in the 2018 and 2019 seasons for head coach Michael Federico at ULM. On the mound, Childress developed into one of Federico’s top bullpen options as a senior in 2019, going 4-2 with two saves and a 4.74 ERA over 38 innings.
