2023 (REDSHIRT JUNIOR)
Returned to the mound with seven appearances and three starts, going 0-1 with a 6.43 ERA over seven innings, allowing six runs, five earned, on seven hits with five walks and six strikeouts … Had four scoreless outings … Pitched two innings, allowing an unearned run on two hits vs. Ragin' Cajuns (5/5/23) … Threw a shutout inning out of the bullpen, allowing one hit with one strikeout (5/3/23) … Made his second consecutive midweek opening appearance, throwing a perfect inning with two strikeouts at Louisiana Tech (4/12/23) … Made his first appearance on the mound for ULM since May 25, 2021, making the start as an opener vs. Little Rock, throwing a shutout inning with one hit and one strikeout (4/4/23) … Also made an appearance as a pinch runner at Mississippi State (2/22/23).

Four-time First Team All-District and two-time All-State selection for Beckville HS Bearcats in Beckville, Texas…As a senior in 2018, he led the Bearcats to a Class 3A state championship, earning First Team All-State honors on the mound while being named District 16-3A MVP…As a junior in 2017, he was named First Team All-State as a pitcher and First-Team All-District at shortstop…Over his first two years at Beckville HS, he made an impact in the middle infield, earning First Team All-District honors as a freshman and sophomore at shortstop…A four sport four-year letterwinner, also earning letters in football, basketball and track & field…Named All-State football player as a junior and senior and honorable mention All-State in basketball as a senior…Regional qualifier in track & field from 2016-18…Was named to Superintendent’s Honor Roll in 2018.
