2021 (SENIOR-2)
Made 11 starts in his final season at ULM, splitting time between Friday night and Saturday afternoon roles…Went 2-5 with a 4.80 ERA over 54 1/3 innings…Allowed 30 runs, 29 earned, on 50 hits with 11 walks and 49 strikeouts…In his final start as a Warhawk, he took a no-decision, allowing three runs on three hits with one walk and five strikeouts in four innings vs. Georgia State at the Sun Belt Conference Championship (5/25/21)…Earned his second win of the season with six shutout innings, allowing two hits with no walks and four strikeouts vs. Southern (4/23/21)…Suffered a tough-luck loss vs. Little Rock, matching his season-high with seven innings, allowing two runs on seven hits with one walk and a season-high seven strikeouts (4/17/21)…Tossed a gem in his first Sun Belt Conference start of the season, throwing a season-high seven innings, allowing one run on one hit with one walk and five strikeouts and earned the win vs. Georgia State (3/20/21)…Pitched six innings, allowing three runs on four hits with no walks and six strikeouts over six innings in game one of a doubleheader vs. Nicholls (3/6/21).

2020 (SENIOR-1)
Named the ace of the Warhawk starting pitching staff, earning all four Friday night starts in the COVID-19 pandemic shortened 2020 season…Made four starts, earning a 3-1 record with a 2.16 ERA, giving up nine runs, six earned, on 13 hits with four walks and 22 strikeouts…Ranked fourth in the Sun Belt Conference in innings pitched (25.0) and tied for league lead with three wins…In his final start of the season, picked up his third and final win, throwing six innings, allowing two runs on five hits with a walk and six strikeouts at McNeese State (3/6/20)…Suffered his only loss of 2020, but still threw six innings, giving up six runs, four earned, on six hits with no walks and three strikeouts vs. Illinois State (2/28/20)…Earned his second win by carrying a no-hitter into the seventh inning, throwing seven shutout innings with one hit, no walks and eight strikeouts against Grambling State (2/21/20)…In his 2020 debut, Barnes collected his first win of the season, giving up an unearned run on one hit with three walks and five strikeouts over six innings against Southeast Missouri State (2/14/20).

2019 (JUNIOR)
Made 16 appearances on the mound, making 11 starts, with a 5-3 record and 5.69 ERA over 61.2 innings, giving up 65 hits, 39 earned runs and 24 walks while striking out 36 batters…Pitched out of the bullpen in his first six appearances of the season before joining the weekend starting rotation at Texas State…Picked up the win in relief against Southern, tossing 3.0 innings, giving up an unearned run on three hits with no walks and four strikeouts, 3/12/19…Earned his first win as a starter, pitching 5.0 innings, giving up one run on five hits with three walks and three strikeouts, 3/30/19…Picked up his second straight win the following week, limiting Georgia State to three runs on six hits over 5.0 innings while striking out three batters and walking two, 4/6/19…Earned Sun Belt and Louisiana Sports Writers Association Pitcher of the Week honors after tossing a complete game shutout, scattering seven hits with one walk and three strikeouts vs. UT Arlington, 5/3/19…Threw his second complete game of the season, giving up five runs, four earned, on five hits with two walks and two strikeouts in a run-rule shortened seven innings in the third round of the Sun Belt Conference tournament, 5/23/19.

Played two seasons at MGCCC… As a sophomore in 2018, compiled an 8-5 record over 81.1 innings pitched, with 79 strikeouts and 30 walks… As a freshman in 2017, compiled a 4-3 record over 51.1 innings pitched, with 31 strikeouts.
