2014 (Junior)
Appeared in all 12 games... Finished season 14-of-24 for 172 yards with one touchdown... Also rushed for 15 yards... Was 5-for-7 for 97 yards and one TD pass in at Arkansas State... Completed two passes for 20 yards and rushed for 12 yards at Kentucky... Was 3-for-4 for 14 yards against Texas State... Completed only pass thrown for 15 yards at Texas A&M... Was 1-for-1 for 11 yards in home finale against UL-Lafayette... Completed two passes for 15 yards and rushed two times for seven yards in season finale at Georgia Southern.

2013 (Sophomore)
Appeared in all 12 games and made two starts under center... Finished season 61-of-117 for 645 yards and one touchdown... Also rushed 23 times for 53 yards... Was 3-for-5 for 33 yards in home opener against Grambling State... Rushed four times against the Tigers and tallied 31 yards... Took over signal calling duties against Tulane (due to injury to Kolton Browning)... Finished 10-for-18 for 133 yards and one score against the Green Wave... Made first career start in conference opener against Western Kentucky... Completed 21 passes (40 attempts) for 275 yards, including a career-long pass of 69 yards... Dating back to the start of the 1998 season, his 21 pass completions were tied for the most by a first-time starting QB (Cody Wells, 21, at Kentucky, 2009), while his 275 passing yards was the second-highest mark (Andre Vige, 322, vs. Nicholls State, 1998)... Led ULM to a 21-14 win at Texas State after engineering a 10-play, 75-yard drive that took 2:38 and resulted in a Centarius Donald 10-yard TD run with 18 seconds to play... Completed four passes for 51 yards and had a seven-yard rush on the final drive against the Bobcats... Saw reserve action against Georgia State, completing eight passes (13 attempts) for 59 yards... Completed one pass for 25 yards in season finale win at UL-Lafayette... Also hauled in one pass (six yards) and rushed once for seven yards.

Holds the Shawnee High School single-season records in total yards, total touchdowns, passing touchdowns, passing yards and completion percentage as well as the career records in total points, total touchdowns and passing yards... Also lettered in basketball and baseball... Was an all-conference selection in baseball.
