Appeared in two games... Rushed for 14 yards on fake punt at Auburn to extend a Warhawk drive... First collegiate punt of 35 yards came at Tulane... Moved to wide receiver in the spring.

Earned all-district and all-central Louisiana honors as a senior after averaging 42.7 yards per punt... Also earned all-district honors as a freshman (39.0 yards per punt) and as a sophomore (44.0 yards per punt)... Finished his career 13-15 on field goal attempts... Earned honorable mention all-state honors as a sophomore... Was a state qualifier in the high jump as a freshman and sophomore; finished second as a sophomore.

Son of Scott and Barbara Gammel... Father played at ULM (punter) from 1985-89, uncle Lane Gammel played quarterback at ULM from 1993-94 and is now the director of communications for the Seattle Seahawks... Majoring in aviation... Took a mission trip to South Africa in 2007.
