Was a four-year football letterwinner at Canton High School under head coach Robert Ivey... Finished senior season with 1,215 passing yards, 12 touchdowns and one interception in just four games... Also ran for 405 yards and eight rushing scores during final season... Tallied 1,861 passing yards and 18 touchdowns with just three interceptions as a junior... Finished 2013 season with 790 rushing yards and 15 rushing touchdowns... As a sophomore, finished with 1,944 passing yards, 421 rushing yards and 35 total touchdowns (25 passing, 10 rushing)... Was named Offensive Newcomer of the Year as a freshman in 2011 and earned Honorable Mention honors... Named Offensive Player of the Year following sophomore season in 2012... Selected as First Team All-District following junior campaign (2013)... A two-time Built Ford Tough Player of the Week... Also a member of the baseball, basketball and track and field teams at Canton HS... Named Second Team All-District as a catcher following freshman season (2012)... Sister, Bailey, played collegiate basketball at Lynn University... Enjoys fishing.
