Hindley Brigham was added as the ULM Running Backs Coach and Run Game Coordinator before the 2025 season. 
  
Brigham arrives in Monroe after spending nine seasons as the running backs coach at UAB and coached the top three running backs in UAB football history including Spencer Brown, DeWayne McBride and Jermaine Brown Jr. Alongside Coach Vincent, who was the team's offensive coordinator, Brigham mentored all three running backs to total over 3,000 career rushing yards. 
  
In 2022, the Blazers finished eighth nationally in rushing offense and averaged 235.6 rushing yards per game. McBride led the nation in rushing and garnered five All-America honors as well as named Conference USA Offensive Player of the Year. After his first season as running backs coach in 2017, Brown was named an FWAA Freshman All-American and the CUSA Freshman of the Year. Brigham was on the coaching staff that helped the Blazers capture the CUSA Championship in 2018 and 2020. 
  
Brigham was named UAB's running backs coach in 2017 after spending the previous year as an offensive analyst for the Blazers. He was a running backs coach at Mountain Brook High School, his alma mater, for the 2012 season. Brigham was a middle school language arts teacher and basketball coach at Cornerstone Schools of Alabama. He helped launch the Birmingham Southern football program and was a coach during its inaugural season in 2007. 
  
Before his coaching career, Brigham was a running back at Baylor and was named a Second-Team Academic All-Big 12 performer following his sophomore season. After two seasons in Waco, Brigham transferred to Furman where he led the team in rushing in both 2002 and 2003. He was named Second Team All-Southern Conference following 1,042 rushing yards and five touchdowns.
