ULM Warhawks

Hunter Holmes enters his third season at ULM. He was promoted to the Director of Recruiting at the beginning of July 2020, after serving as a Special Teams Assistant the previous 2 years.

In his 2 years as a Special Teams assistant, he worked closely with coaching and recruiting the Specialists. In 2018, Jared Porter finished with the 3rd best single season punt average in ULM history and Jacob Meeks finished with the 2nd highest touchback percentage in school history.

Prior to ULM, Holmes worked as a Special Teams Assistant at The University of The Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. At UIW, he was responsible for recruiting and coaching the Specialists including All Time Southland Punter and current professional Punter Joe Zema.

Holmes played football at Arkansas State from 2013-15 and earned his Bachelors Degree in General Studies from ULM in December of 2018.
