2015 (RS-Freshman)
Started each of the first 10 games before suffering a season-ending injury… Went 83 (between Georgia and Alabama) and 99 (Appalachian State to Troy) passes without an interception… Completed 23 of his 29 passes for 206 yards at Georgia in his collegiate debut… First touchdown pass was a 22-yard strike to Rashon Ceaser with 20 seconds left in the first half, and the two connected again early in the third quarter on a 29-yard connection… Threw for a career-high 370 yards the following week at home against Nicholls State… Included a 212-yard second quarter, setting a new ULM record… Threw for 265 yards during a monsoon contest at UL Lafayette in which he also had a career-high 19 rushes… Hooked up with Walter Holley for a season-long 69-yard completion versus Georgia Southern… Longest rushes came in his first two games (24 at Georgia, 28 vs. Nicholls).

Redshirted... Was twice named coaches’ scout team player of the week on offense (Texas State game week; Appalachian State game week).
Prep
Was a two-sport athlete at Smithson Valley High School... Earned two letters in football under direction of coach Larry Hill... Finished senior season 119-of-187 for 2,085 yards with 21 touchdowns and three interceptions... Also totaled 685 rushing yards and 11 scores... Was named First Team All-District, District MVP, All-Area and All-Region following senior season... Part of back-to-back District Championships (2012 and 2013) and both seasons the teams finished undefeated in the regular season... Was also a two-time All-District Academic selection... Was also a member of the baseball team.
