Redshirted... Was twice named the coaches’ scout team player of the week on defense (Grambling State game week; Baylor game week).

Prep
Played two seasons of football for head coach George Bates at A.H. Parker High School... Capped stellar career by earning first team all-city and first team all-conference honors after recording more than 80 tackles, five interceptions, five pass breakups, two forced fumbles and one punt block as a senior... Joined the track and field team for the spring of 2013... Currently holds the fastest 60-meter time in Alabama 5-A with a time of 7.04... Was an A-B Honor Roll student during time at A.H. Parker HS.
