ULM Warhawks

Bryant Novick was named the director of strength and conditioning at ULM in January 2024.

Novick previously served as the associate strength and conditioning coach at UAB for the 2023 season. He spent 2022 as the director of sports performance for Long Island University athletics. Novick served as an intern on the Blazers' strength staff in 2019 before being promoted to an assistant strength coach in 2020 and 2021. He played offensive line for UAB from 2013-14, 17-18 and appeared in 25 games. In his final season, Novick helped the Blazers win their first Conference USA Championship and set a school record with 11 victories.
