ULM Warhawks

Clay Templeton was added to the ULM strength & conditioning staff as the Director of Speed & Athletic Performance / Assistant Director of Strength & Conditioning in January 2024.

Templeton most recently was the director of athletic performance at Orange Beach High School in Alabama and helped the team capture a trio of state championships in four years. He began his career as the assistant strength and conditioning coach at UAB in 2019. Templeton played defensive back for UAB from 2015-18 and was a team captain. He helped the Blazers capture a conference championship in his final season.
