Biography

JACKSON HS
From McIntosh, Ala., Caster was a three-year starter for the Jackson High School Aggies, playing under head coach Anthony Hayes. Caster averaged 18.9 points per game, 3.5 assists per game and 3.3 steals per game. Caster's leadership and skills were pivotal in guiding the Aggies to a 30-2 record, and the 2024 4A Alabama State Championship.

Caster was honored as the State Finals MVP scoring 30 points and going 7/8 from behind the three-point line. Caster was named 2024 Alabama Coastal Region Player of the Year, 2024 Alabama 4A First Team All-State and 2024-2023 Alabama 4A First Team All-Region/Area.

In his high school career, Caster shot 81.7% from the free-throw line, 45% from the field and 40% from beyond the arc. Caster led his team to an overall 71-14 record in his three seasons, and a 20-game win streak to end the season. Caster was named Mr. JHS, and XI Delta Chapter of Zeta Phi Beta "2024 Male Youth of the Year". He was named Dwight Howard's (NBA) Camp MVP. He was also the recipient of NFLs Darius Slayton "Left-Hand Right-Hand Foundation Award".
 
PERSONAL
He is the son of Dr. Latunja and Dr. Marcus Caster. Caster's father, Marcus, played college basketball at the University of Mobile, and his mother, Latunja, was a star basketball player for McIntosh High School. In his spare time, Caster enjoys playing board games with his friends and playing cornhole. He has two siblings, Peyton Marcus Caster and Mackenzy Ellis Caster.
