Spent two seasons at Hutchinson Community College in Hutchinson, Kansas…As a sophomore in the COVID-19 shortened 2020 season, made five appearances with four starts, earning a 1-2 record with a 5.40 ERA over 21.2 innings with 22 strikeouts…Had a career-high six strikeouts vs. TCS-1 (2/21/20)…Picked up his only win of the season in his final start, throwing a career-best 6.2 innings, giving up four runs on 10 hits with no walks and five strikeouts at Seward County-1 (3/12/20)…As a freshman in 2019, made 11 appearances with six starts on the mound for the Blue Dragons, posting a 2-1 record with a 4.43 ERA over 22.1 innings with 24 strikeouts…Had a season-high five strikeouts three times, vs. Labette-2 (2/26/19), vs. Cowley (3/19/19) and vs. Redlands (4/2/19)…Earned first-career win vs. Labette-2, throwing four innings, giving up one run on one hit with two walks and five strikeouts (2/26/19)…Picked up his second win, tossing a season-high five innings, giving up a run on three hits with two walks and five strikeouts vs. Redlands (4/2/19).
 
LINCOLN SOUTHWEST HS
Three-year letterwinner for Lincoln Southwest HS Silver Hawks in Lincoln, Nebraska…As a senior, was named First Team All-City and Second Team All-State as he helped the Silver Hawks to a third place finish in the Class A State Tournament…Threw a no-hitter against rival…As a junior, was named First Team All-City…As a sophomore, he was named Academic All-City and earned his first varsity letter, helping the Silver Hawks to a third place finish at the Class A State Tournament…Finished his career as a two-time Academic All-State selection and helped Lincoln Southwest to a pair of district championships…Also played club ice hockey.
