Bella Golden

Bella Golden arrived at ULM in November 2024 as the strength and conditioning coach for the women's basketball and softball teams. Golden develops workout programs and implements hydration, nutrition and sleep protocols for each athlete.

Prior to arriving in Monroe, she worked as a coach at Wattage in Chicago, Ill. The St. Charles, Ill., native individualized programs and assessed proper movement technique for a variety of clients, communicating wants and needs with each patron.

Before her time at Wattage, Golden was a graduate assistant at the University of Alabama, where she worked with the softball, cheer, dance, rowing and women's golf teams. She designed and supervised specialized workout programs for the cheer and dance teams. While training the softball team, Golden went to the Women's College World Series two times and trained the cheer team as they won a national championship in 2022. 

Golden graduated with her master's degree in sports management from Alabama in August 2024 and received her bachelor's degree in kinesiology and exercise science from Alabama in May 2023.
