Attended Mayflower High School in Mayflower, Ark. Lettered in softball and volleyball all four years of her high school career. Was awarded All-Conference honors her freshman, sophomore and junior year as well as All-State as a junior and senior. As a senior, Fugatt record a batting average of .525. Fugatt's highlight of her high school career was three homeruns in one game vs. Conway Christian High School.
