Lauren Gross joins the staff as the director of player development for the 2024-25 season after a phenomenal season in the starting lineup for the Warhawks.  
 
Gross joined ULM's roster after three seasons at Southern Miss and one season at North Florida. The Southaven, Miss. native started in all 31 games for the Warhawks, averaging 30.3 minutes per game. She racked up 227 points in the 2023-24 season, shooting 34% from three-point range. In her final collegiate game, Gross posted 16 points, four rebounds, two assists and a steal vs. Troy in the WNIT Great 8. 

The former guard was a three-year letterwinner at Southern Miss, appearing in 64 games, including 35 starting assignments. She presented the Conference USA Commissioner’s Academic Medal twice (2019-20 and 2020-21) and earned a spot on the C-USA Commissioner’s Honor Rolls in 2021-22. 
 
Prior to Southern Miss, Gross spent a season at North Florida. She appeared in 23 games as a true freshman at North Florida in 2018-19 and scored in double figures twice, winning ASUN Conference Freshman of the Week honors.
 
Gross graduated from Southern Miss with her bachelor’s degree in sports management in 2021 and a master’s degree in the same field in 2022.
