GAME 1: SOUTH ALABAMA 5, ULM 2

The Jaguars capitalized on a three-run first inning as they claimed the 4-2 win.

Andie Edwards followed in the lineup, delivering a single to left, as both McGuff and Kreps scored to pull the Warhawks within one, 3-2.

The lead remained one until the bottom of the sixth when Kamdyn Kvistad connected on a leadoff home run to right centerfield as South Alabama assumed the 4-2 lead.
