NEW ORLEANS -- Following her first-career individual championship victory and helping the ULM women's golf team capture its first team championship of the season, junior Anna Andrysova was voted the Sun Belt Conference Women's Golfer of the Week on Thursday (Oct. 17).

Andrysova won medalist honors for the first time in her collegiate career at the 2024 Lady Red Wolves Classic with a total score of 211 (66-73-72) and completed the tournament five strokes under par, leading the field in par-three scoring (2.92) and birdies (12). She was one of four Warhawks in the top 12 on the leaderboard and was instrumental in the Warhawks capturing its first team title of the season. It marks the first time Andrysova, who was the 2023 Sun Belt Freshman of the Year, has won a SBC Golfer of the Week honor in her career.

The ULM women's golf team will finish the fall season at The Ally next week in Starkville, Miss.
