ULM volleyball continues Sun Belt Conference play this weekend with a pair of matches against Marshall in Huntington, W. Va. Match one will be on Thursday, Oct. 16, at 3 p.m. CT, and match two is on Friday, Oct. 17, at 5 p.m. CT.

SCOUTING THE THUNDERING HERD –
Marshall sits in 11
th place overall in the conference with a 1-5 record, most recently losing a pair of matches to James Madison last weekend. On the offensive end, Emma Barnett leads the team with 3.09 kills per set, along with 15 aces on the season. Bella Thompson leads on the set with 7.10 assists per set with 504 total. On defense, Emma Sayre totals 262 digs with 3.97 digs per set from the libero spot. At the line, Beatrice Ciccarelli is the top threat with 63 total blocks.

CLEAR THE HALL –
Freshman outside hitter
Aniya Hall has had a stellar 2025 season so far. She leads the team in total kills with 272 and in kills per set with 3.78. Her hitting percentage also ranks second on the squad at .257 through 20 matches. In the Sept. 16 match vs. Lamar, she collected a career-high 29 kills in a five-set victory.

Hall has also been named to three all-tournament teams in 2025, with her most recent accolade being earning Bearkat Classic All-Tournament team honors.

PLUMMER WILL FIX IT –
Freshman
Kennedy Plummer is off to an excellent start to her career as a Warhawk. She's second on the team in kills per set with 2.44, with 166 in total. Along with fellow outside hitter Hall, Plummer was named to the Cowgirl Classic All-Tournament team last weekend.

IN KENZIE WE TRUST –
Junior middle blocker
Kenzie Behl serves as one of the key contributors to start the season. She, along with Hall, was named to the Southeastern Showdown All-Tournament and Bearkat Classic All-Tournament teams. She is fourth in total kills with 92 and is first in hitting percentage with a .265 mark. Her defensive production is also good with 60 total digs and 49 total blocks, which leads the team.

MORE OF MORGAN –
Junior setter
Morgan Howard is the main returner for the Warhawks in 2025. She is averaging 5.71 assists per set with 411 total. She is also the team leader in service aces with 36, which is more than the leader of the 2024 season through just 20 matches. With her total aces, she ranks ninth nationally in the category. Her defensive numbers rank well on the team as she's tied for second in total digs with 143.

RANEY ON TO DEFEND –
Redshirt Junior libero
Briana Raney leads the way defensively for ULM this season. She's produced 201 total digs with 3.65 per set and a .965 reception percentage. She also contributes 46 assists on the year offensively.

CONFERENCE KIMES –
Sophomore
Camryn Kimes has made her mark in conference play for the Warhawks this season. Throughout six matches, she ranks eighth in the Sun Belt in digs per set with 3.79 with 53 total. In the Oct. 4 match vs. South Alabama, she totaled a career-high 27 digs and also collected two aces in four sets in a 1-3 loss.
