The Basics
The ULM outdoor track and field team competes in its second meet of the 2025 campaign at the Louisiana Classics from Friday, March 21 through Saturday, March 22.
 
Meet Schedule
Friday features only two events with the Javelin and Discus at 3 and 5 p.m. Day two starts at 7:30 and 8 a.m. with the men's and women's 5k runs. Field events are split into two with the 10-11:30 a.m. window, including the long jump and pole vault, men's hammer throw, and women's shot put. The 12:30-2:30 p.m. window includes the men's shot put and women's hammer throw with the high and triple jump.
 
Running events continue at 1 p.m. with the 4x100m relays. The 1500m run starts at 1:20 p.m. and the 100m and 110m hurdles start at 1:50 and 2:05 p.m. After the 400m run at 2:20 p.m., the 100m sprint begins at 2:40 p.m.
 
After a pause in events, the 800m starts at 3:25 p.m. The 200m run starts at 4:20 p.m., followed by the 400m hurdles at 3:55 p.m. The day ends with the 4x800m and 4x400m relays at 4:50 and 5:25 p.m.
