The ULM outdoor track and field team finished day one of the Bobcat Invitational and day two of the Texas Relays on Thursday.
 
In the Bobcat Invitational in San Marcos, Texas, the top performer was Ansley Long, who placed fourth in the women's 3000m steeplechase race at 11:50.07. Chase Gunn also had a top-ten finish in the men's 300m steeplechase. Anna Naff placed 12^th in the women's 5000m, and Lilly Schuster produced a personal best in the 800m with a 2:16.72 time.
 
For the Texas Relays, Savanna Lawson earned sixth place in the women's heptathlon overall standings. Juwan Blignaut and Carolo-Matinez Jaramillo both finished in 12^th place with Blignaut in the 800m and Martinez-Jaramillo in the 5000m.
 
Day two of the Bobcat Invitational and day three of the Texas relays starts tomorrow morning.
