About the Warhawks
Last time out, the Warhawks placed tied for 8th in a field that featured four nationally-ranked teams at the Maridoe Intercollegiate with a cumulative score of 907 (+43).
Theis Poulsen finished with the lowest individual score for the Warhawks with a score of 75-72-78 (225), shooting nine strokes above par.Â
Louis Anceaux continued his strong season at the All-American Intercollegiate with a top-10 finish after recording a score of 215 (-1).
ULM secured its second team win of the 2024- 25 season after shooting 856 (-8) at the Gulf Coast Collegiate in New Orleans. Anceaux led the way for the Warhawks with a third-place finish at 213 (-3), shooting 73-68-72 in the tournament.Â

Anceaux collected his first collegiate tournament win in the Warhawks' first event of the spring season after compiling a score of -6 (210) at the Vaqueros Intercollegiate. Anceaux was named Sun Belt Conference Men's Golfer of the Week a second time after bringing home the individual championship. As a team, the Warhawks finished in sixth place out of 15 teams with a cumulative score of +15.
ULM shared the team championship with North Alabama at the GMAC Invitational back in September to highlight the Warhawks' fall slate. It was the first team championship for the Warhawks since the 2020 Intercollegiate at the Grove in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Anceaux was named Sun Belt Conference Men's Golfer of the Week after claiming the runner-up title at the GMAC Invitational. Anceaux recorded the lowest 18-hole round in program history after posting a score of 63 (-9) in the second round and completed the tournament with a score of 202 (-14) in three rounds for an individual runner-up finish. His 202 (-14) score is also the second-lowest 54-hole individual score in program history. Anceaux finished in the top five in two tournaments and the top 10 in three of the four tournaments during the fall. He turned in a scorecard below par in 11 of 12 rounds this fall.
Poulsen shared sixth place at the GMAC Invitational with his lowest round of the fall at -11 (206). He recorded an additional round below par at the Everett Buick GMC Classic in his second round with a 68. Balbastre shot a -6 (210) at the Bayou City Collegiate Classic, which was good for a share of 12th place at ULM's third tournament of the fall. Milne carded three below par rounds, with his lowest coming at the GMAC Invitational of 68. Tommasso Rossin recorded an even-par round in the second round of the Everett Buick GMC Classic.
