LAKE CHARLES, La. – Santana Richardson,
Maya Nobes and
Sydney Lake led the way for ULM track and field at the McNeese Cowboy Relays on Saturday.

Richardson took first place in the 100m sprint, finishing with a 10.59 result. Nobes won the 1500m event with a time of 4:42.58, and Lake placed first in the hammer throw with a distance of 59.59m.

Top finishers for the Warhawks were
Jaden Youngblood in the 400m hurdles event and the 4x800m relay team of
Isaac Cupp,
Kilian Mika, Raymond Gomez and
River Richard. For the women, Alexa Tine,
Courtney Smith and
Monika Ortiz placed second in the 3000m, 100m and 400m hurdles. The 4x400m and 4x800m relay teams also secured silver.

The Warhawks are back in action next weekend in Baton Rouge for the LSU Opener on Saturday, Mar. 21.
