NEW ORLEANS – The ULM beach volleyball team (6-21, 1-4 Sun Belt) hits the road yet again, this time headed for New Orleans. The Warhawks will face four opponents in the NOLA Classic, hosted by Tulane. ULM will first take on Arizona at 11 a.m. on Friday (April 17) and host Tulane at 1:30 p.m. The match against Tulane will be televised on ESPN+. On Saturday, a Sun Belt matchup comes in competition against Southern Miss at 11 a.m., then facing New Orleans at 1:30 p.m. The Warhawks will be facing Tulane for the second time this season and Southern Miss for the third time.
Previously
The Warhawks competed in the Blazer Beach Bash, going 1-3 on the weekend. After a strong 5-0 sweep of Sun Belt opponent Mercer, the Warhawks dropped matches against UAB, 5-0, HCU, 4-1, and Tulane, 5-0.
Up NextÂ
ULM will next head for the postseason, competing in the Sun Belt Tournament in Foley, Alabama. Play begins on April 23.
