MONROE, La. – ULM's full 2026-27 women's basketball schedule has been announced, featuring 16 games at the newly-named b1Bank Fant Coliseum, as well as 18 Sun Belt Conference games. The Warhawks are looking to continue momentum from the end of last season, when then first-year head coach
Scotty Fletcher led the team on a three-game winning streak to reach the Sun Belt Conference Tournament quarterfinal.
The Warhawks will face the Ohio Bobcats for the first time in program history, and will play Louisiana Tech as part of Sun Belt competition for the first time.
"The Sun Belt is one of the toughest leagues in the country, and we showed that last year with so many of our teams having such strong NET scores," said Fletcher. "We know that every night and every opponent will demand our best. We are challenging ourselves with our non-conference schedule, knowing it will pay dividends as we prepare for conference play and tournament time in March. We have a saying in our program: 'If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, for together.' We look forward to playing in front of the best fans at b1Bank Fant Coliseum, and thank everyone for their support of Team 53!"
ULM will open the season on the road against Ohio as part of the MAC-SBC Challenge on November 2. The Warhawks will then play a four-game home stand, hosting Centenary (Nov. 5), Central Arkansas (Nov. 9), Arkansas-Pine Bluff (Nov. 16) and Sam Houston (Nov. 19).
The Warhawks will travel to Alabama on November 24, and then head to the Alario Center in New Orleans for the Big Easy Classic on November 27-28. ULM will return to Monroe to face Mississippi Valley State (Dec. 3), and then hit the road again for Ole Miss (Dec. 6). The Warhawks will host Central Baptist on December 10.
ULM opens the Sun Belt slate in Alabama at Troy (Dec. 16), before hosting James Madison (Dec. 19). The Warhawks will face two more SEC opponents next, traveling to both Oklahoma (Dec.21) and Arkansas (Dec. 28). The team will pick back up conference play with Old Dominion (Dec. 31) and Coastal Carolina (Jan. 2) at home.
The Warhawks then go on a four-game road trip, traveling to App State (Jan. 7), Georgia State (Jan. 9), the Ragin' Cajuns (Jan. 14) and Southern Miss (Jan. 16). ULM will return home to finish January in Monroe, hosting Arkansas State (Jan. 21), Louisiana Tech (Jan. 23), Troy (Jan. 28) and the Ragin' Cajuns (Jan. 30).
The Warhawks will open the final month of the regular season at Louisiana Tech (Feb. 3), and then host an opponent to be announced for the MAC-SBC Challenge on February 6. The conference slate will continue with Marshall on the road (Feb. 13), then South Alabama (Feb. 18) and Southern Miss (Feb. 20) at home.
To conclude the 2026-27 regular season, ULM will complete its final road trip against Arkansas State (Feb. 23) and South Alabama (Feb. 26).
