TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Kgaogelo Moloisi led the way for ULM cross country with an 11^th-place performance overall at the Crimson Classic Friday morning.
 
Moloisi ran in the men's 8k and produced a time of 24:11.7. It's the second meet in a row with him being the top Warhawk performer.
 
The men placed 15^th out of the 20 teams competing, finishing above Troy and South Alabama in the Sun Belt Conference. Joshua Gill also ranked in the top 100 runners in 63^rd place overall.
 
For the women, the team as a whole finished 14^th out of 22 teams, with the Warhawks also placing above Troy and South Alabama. Maria Nikolaou was the top runner once again, finishing in 75^th place with a time of 21:52.8. Tuva Sandberg and Anna Naff also placed in the top 100, with placements of 78^th and 93^rd, respectively.
 
The Warhawks take a week off before returning to action on Oct. 31 with the Sun Belt Cross Country Championships in Foley, Ala.
