FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The 2025 season continues for
Kgaogelo Moloisi as he qualified for the NCAA Cross Country Championships at the South Central Regionals on Friday morning.
The junior from Rustenberg, South Africa, posted a time of 29:50.9 in the men's 10k, placing tenth overall.
In the men's race, Tulane and Arkansas represented the top two teams, automatically qualifying for the championships as a team. For the women, it was Texas A&M and LSU as the two leaders.
For the Warhawks, both the men and women improved from last season, placing 13
th and 18
th overall, respectively. Joshua Gill and
Chase Gunn placed top 100 overall, with 72
nd for Gill and 95
th for Blignaut.
Maria Nikolaou was the top runner for the women, placing 90
th overall in the women's 6k.
Moloisi will compete in the championships Saturday morning on Nov. 22 in Columbia, Mo.
