FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – ULM cross country competed at the Chile Pepper Festival hosted by the University of Arkansas on Saturday.
The men finished in 19
th place out of 30 teams, with the women placing 15
th out of 29.
Junior
Kgaogelo Moloisi was the best performer for the men, placing 58
th overall with a 25:09.7 time in the men's 8k.
Chase Gunn also placed in the top 100 runners with a 25:43.2 time.
For the women,
Maria Nikolaou placed 85
th in the 5k with a time of 18:17.6. She was the best performer for the third time this season.
The Warhawks take a week off before returning to action on Friday, Oct. 17, at the Crimson Classic.
