MADISON, Miss. – The ULM men's golf team is continuing to compete in the Sun Belt Conference Championships at Annandale Golf Club in Madison, Mississippi. After the first round, the Warhawks sit at 13th on the leaderboard, shooting 303 (+15) overall.
Louis Anceaux leads the Warhawks, carding four birdies to place 10th among individuals. Anceaux recorded a 71 (-1) to be the only ULM player under par.
Theodor Berg was close behind with a 73 (+1) in round one, draining three birdies, two on the back nine.
Amilkar Bhana is currently five-over to place 52nd among individual players.
Mason Comeaux collected a 82 (+10) and
Caden Lester carded an 84 (+12) to round out the Warhawk lineup.
Coastal Carolina currently leads the field with a team score of 282 (-6), holding the two-stroke edge over 45th-ranked Arkansas State after 18 holes. Arkansas State's Jake Wallis holds the one-stroke lead among individuals, recording a 68 (-4) from four birdies and an eagle.Â
Tee times will be set by the previous round of competition, the event teeing off again at 8Â a.m. on Tuesday (April 28).Â
