MONROE, La. – The ULM tennis team will continue their fall schedule by traveling to San Marcos, Texas for the Bobcat Invitational, hosted by Sun Belt opponent Texas State. The other teams competing will include Troy, Incarnate Word and St. Mary's. The match will not have live results available.

The tournament will open on Saturday with 1 doubles and 2 singles at 9 a.m. 2 doubles and 1 singles will take place on Sunday, also beginning at 9 a.m. Both days of the invite will include continuous play until all matches have concluded. Five of ULM's seven tennis players will compete in the two-day invite.

At the ITA Southern Regional Championships earlier this month, Vanja Cado, Lucia Jorrin Fernandez, Camila Molina Barranco and Mariia Iordanova claimed wins in qualifying singles. These wins included opponents such as Southern Miss, Alabama and Mississippi State.

Coming up, ULM will face the Ragin' Cajuns to close out fall tennis at the Ragin' Cajun Invitational on Nov. 1-2.
