POINT CLEAR, Ala. -- Daniela Campillo was the only golfer to post a score under par through two rounds and holds a one-stroke lead individually, while the ULM women's golf team sits in second place after two rounds of competition at the 2024 Sun Belt Conference Women's Golf Championships at The Lakewood Club in Point Clear, Ala.
Teams battled breezy conditions on Tuesday, as ULM totaled 303 strokes in round two and has totaled 587 strokes (+11) in two rounds. The Warhawks trail Texas State by six strokes in the team leaderboard after the Bobcats accumulated a score of 581 (+5) through two rounds. Georgia Southern is in third place at 589 (+13) and Old Dominion finished the day in fourth place with 591 (+15). Marshall is in fifth place with 593 (+17) and Arkansas State finished the day in sixth place at 594 (+18). The top four teams will advance to Thursday's semifinal round.
Campillo, who entered Tuesday's second round in a three-way tie for first, fired a score of 74 and has tallied 143 strokes (-1)Â in the tournament. She has made seven birdies and 24 pars in her two rounds.
Johanna Sjursen moved into a share of third place and signed her scorecard with a tally of 74 on Tuesday and has a two-round score of 145 (+1).
Anna Andrysova produced a second-round score of 75 and is in a tie for 15th overall with a 148 (+4). Wrappijng up the scoring for ULM is

Alessia Mengoni with a 160.
