ULM volleyball continues Sun Belt Conference play this weekend with a pair of matches against the Ragin' Cajuns in Earl K. Long Gym in Lafayette, La. Match one will be at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 6, and match two takes place on Friday, Nov. 7 at Noon.Â

SCOUTING THE RAGIN' CAJUNS –
The in-state rival comes into the weekend losers of three straight matches, including a series sweep at the hands of Arkansas State last weekend. They currently hold a 4-8 conference record, good for 11
th in the Sun Belt and fifth in the West Division, one game above Troy for the last division tournament spot.

On the attack, Cailin Demps leads the way for the Cajuns with 3.61 kills per set, totaling 289 on the season, and also holds a .286 hitting percentage. Playing the role of setter is Ryleigh Garis, leading with 6.11 assists per set and 483 total. On the serve, Kennedy Gustafson leads the team with 24 aces.

Gustafson also leads the way defensively for the Ragin' Cajuns with 4.19 digs per set. At the line, Lindsey Henry contributes 73 total blocks on the year, with Chelsea Gilmore and Demps also adding 52 and 47 blocks, respectively.

CLEAR THE HALL –
Freshman outside hitter
Aniya Hall has had a stellar 2025 season so far. She leads the team in total kills with 272 and in kills per set with 3.78. Her hitting percentage also ranks second on the squad at .257 through 20 matches. In the Sept. 16 match vs. Lamar, she collected a career-high 29 kills in a five-set victory.

Hall has also been named to three all-tournament teams in 2025, with her most recent accolade being earning Bearkat Classic All-Tournament team honors.

PLUMMER WILL FIX IT –
Freshman
Kennedy Plummer is off to an excellent start to her career as a Warhawk. She has made 21 out of 26 starts as a freshman and has played nearly every set in 2025. She's second on the team in kills per set with 2.37, with 206 in total.

Defensively, she holds the third-place spot on the team in total blocks with 26. Along with fellow outside hitter Hall, Plummer was named to the Cowgirl Classic All-Tournament team last weekend.

IN KENZIE WE TRUST –
Junior middle blocker
Kenzie Behl serves as one of the key contributors of the 2025 season. She, along with Hall, was named to the Southeastern Showdown All-Tournament and Bearkat Classic All-Tournament teams.

She is fourth in total kills with 105 and is second in hitting percentage with a .227 mark. Her defensive production is also good, with 65 digs on the season and a team-leading 62 total blocks.

MORE OF MORGAN –
Junior setter
Morgan Howard is the main returner for the Warhawks in 2025. She is averaging 5.90 assists per set with 537 total. She is also the team leader in service aces with 39, which is more than the leader of the 2024 season through 22 matches.

With her total aces, she ranks in the top 40 nationally in the category. Her defensive numbers rank well on the team as she's second in total digs with 192.

RANEY ON TO DEFEND –
Redshirt Junior libero
Briana Raney leads the way defensively for ULM this season. She's produced a team-leading 262 total digs with 3.69 per set and a .959 reception percentage. She also contributes 60 assists on the year offensively, which is third best on the team.

CONFERENCE KIMES –
Sophomore
Camryn Kimes has made her mark in conference play for the Warhawks this season. Overall, she's got 140 digs, good for 2.98 per set, which is second on the team behind Raney. In the Oct. 4 match vs. South Alabama, she totaled a career-high 27 digs and also collected two aces in four sets in a 1-3 loss.
