• The ULM baseball team continues the 2025 season with its first strech of midweek games with Grambling State on Tuesday, Feb. 18 at 6 p.m. and Northwestern State on Wednesday, Feb. 19 at 6 p.m. The Warhawks lead the all-time series with Grambling State 57-16, while NSU leads the series 116-115 games, giving ULM a chance to tie the all-time series on Wednesday. ULM starts 2-1 after a series win over EIU last weekend, which included a sweep in the opening double-header on Friday.

SCOUTING THE OPPOSITION
Grambling State won its first two games of the Cactus Jack Classic in Houston with an 8-7 win over Jackson State on Friday and a 20-10 run-rule win over Southern on Saturday before a 15-14 loss to Alabama A&M on Sunday. Infielder Shannon Martin batted .455 with two doubles and two RBI in his five hits the first weekend while Cameron Hill launched a pair of home runs.Â
After dropping its season opener to Central Arkansas, the Demons scored 27 runs in two games and claimed the series versus UCA. NSU's leading hitter entering Wednesday's game is Reese Lipoma, who went 6-for-9 with a triple and three RBI in NSU's first three games.
