MONROE, La. — Two ULM baseball players have earned recognition on the LSWA All-Louisiana teams, following the 2026 season. The two Warhawks are the most listed as All-Louisiana since 2019.
Kade Dupont was named to the second team, while
Davis Mauzy earned honorable mention recognition.
Utility player
Kade Dupont adds to his list of accolades this season, after being named to the ABCA/Rawlings All-South Region Second Team and as a Brooks Wallace Player of the Year semifinalist. He posted a .351 batting average in his senior season, recording 65 hits, 15 being doubles, while driving in 34 runs. Dupont's on-base percentage of .480 led the Sun Belt, his batting average sitting at third. After getting 22 free passes from a hit by pitch, the senior ranked 34th nationally. He was the fifth-most difficult to strike out in the Sun Belt by the end of the season. With a team-leading 21 multi-hit games and 11 multi-RBI games, Dupont continues to raise the bar. The utility player recorded five hits and two RBIs in the Ragin' Cajuns series, seven hits coming vs. James Madison. He concluded his senior season with six hits and three RBI against Omaha-bound Troy.
Senior outfielder
Davis Mauzy was welcomed to ULM and immediately made an impact his senior year, leading the team with a .363 batting average (6th, Sun Belt). Mauzy's 78 hits on the season sits at seventh in the conference. He has recorded 21 multi-hit games and 10 multi-RBI games, seven of the multi-RBI games coming against conference opponents. The senior went four-of-six at Marshall, with five RBIs adding to the Warhawk tally. Five hits and three RBIs in the series against Troy also contributed to the fight. Mauzy was also recognized as one of D1Baseball's Top 100 outfielders, with a .979 fielding percentage.
