LAFAYETTE, La. – The ULM tennis team (3-5, 0-2 Sun Belt) will look to bounce back in conference play as they hit the road to take on the Ragin' Cajuns (7-4, 0-2 Sun Belt) in Lafayette on Sunday (March 16), with first serve set for 10 a.m. Both teams look to capture their first conference win of 2025.
The Warhawks are coming off a shutout loss in San Marcos to the Texas State Bobcats, their first conference match on the road. After the doubles point was claimed, the Bobcats secured the win with three-straight singles wins.
The Ragin' Cajuns are looking to bounce back on Cajun Courts against the Warhawks, after falling 0-4 at home to Arkansas State on Friday. After claiming the doubles points, the Red Wolves snapped up three singles win to clinch the Sun Belt win.
The Warhawks hold a winning record over the Cajuns, last traveling to Lafayette in 2024, a 2-5 loss for ULM. The last time ULM clinched a win over the Cajuns was 2022, winning 4-3 in a tight contest in Lafayette.
Following the match against the Ragin' Cajuns, the Warhawks will return home, hosting the Georgia Southern Eagles on Friday (March 21).
