MONROE, La. – After breaking school records at the Vulcan Invite on Saturday, sophomore

Teona Glave from ULM track & field repeated as Warhawk Male and Female of the Week winners, respectively.
Makevic broke the school record in the 3000m by more than a full second with an 8:18.54 time. Glave broke her own school record in the women's 800m with a time of 2:15.16. It edged out her previous mark of 2:15.22 set in 2012. She beat out 10 other SBC student-athletes in the race.
The Manchester, Jamaica product holds a top-5 time in the conference this season in the 800m. Her time is also fastest on the team by more than 10 seconds. Glave's performance comes one week after winning the 800m at the KMS Invitational.
