The first Indian player to record 100 career pass receptions, he at one time held or shared ULM records for season and career catches and season receiving yardage. Almost 30 years after his final competition, he still ranks among ULM's top 10 receivers with 102 catches for 1,261 yards and nine touchdowns. In addition to being a season receiving leader, he also led the Indians in scoring one season.
