Was a three-time All-American long jumper. Finished sixth at the NCAA Championships in 1990 (outdoors) with a jump of 26-0 1/4 , second in 1991 (indoors) at 26-2 1/4 and third in the 1991 (outdoors) at 26-6 1/2. Won the indoor and outdoor SLC long jump in 1991 and has an all-time best of 26-9 3/4 posted in 1991.
